Chris studied at the Portsmouth School of Architecture before completing his Part 3 Professional Qualification at Oxford Brookes University, he is an ARB and RIBA accredited Architect.

An experienced professional whose previous roles have included Architect at Lyons+Sleeman+Hoare Architects running large scale mixed-use development projects. Previously working as an Architectural Assistant at The Harris Partnership running residential and commercial projects. Chris has also worked for Adam Architecture (formerly Robert Adam Architects) as an Architectural Assistant learning the fundamentals of classical and traditional styles of architecture.

When not drawing the lines Chris enjoys riding the lines on one of his mountain bikes or snowboard!

Ali completed her Part 1 at Leicester School of Architecture before venturing down south to successfully finish her Part 2 course at Oxford Brookes University.

Her interest in architecture, design and form transcends through to Ali’s passion and talent for ceramic sculpture. Originally from Venezuela, travel is a passion for Ali, always enjoying collecting postcards from all over the world. Most weekends Ali can be found sampling craft ale and artisan coffee or visiting the latest exhibitions in town.

Ali will be commencing her Part 3 professional qualification with Weston & Co Architects in January 2018 working with Launchpad Reading's homeless housing project as a case study.

Matt studied at Oxford Brookes University and has joined the studio with an interest in sustainability and design and also possesses some pretty impressive slacklining skills!

A talented hand draftsman and our social media man by day, by night he’s to be found restoring classic motorcars or perfecting his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Matt's next architectural adventure will be embarking on his Part 3 studies and becoming a fully qualified Architect.

Adam is a Project Manager with over 10 years experience in the construction industry.

His expertise includes project management covering education, energy, residential, healthcare and agricultural projects.

When not managing the design development and procurement of building projects, Adam’s focus is on his next mountain bike trail or sea kayak adventure!

Matt is a qualified architect and was a founding partner of architectural practice Andrews Kalik Associates a few years ago, in 1978.

With over 35 years’ experience running a successful practice, working on a wide variety of developments within the Thames Valley including residential, retail and education projects, Matt's experience is invaluable.

When Matt isn’t providing architectural consultation to Weston + Co Architects, he is very involved in several local charity organisations as well as the odd boat building project and sailing adventure!
